Refunds

Pocat subscriptions and lifetime access are sold only through the Apple App Store. Apple handles payment and refunds, so 임재웅 never receives your payment details and cannot issue a refund directly. Please ask Apple through one of the routes below.

How to request a refund

1. Open reportaproblem.apple.com in a browser and sign in with your Apple Account.
2. Find the Pocat subscription or lifetime purchase charge in the list.
3. Choose the reason that fits under "Choose a problem", describe it, and submit.

You can make the same request on your iPhone under Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History.

Whether a refund is approved, and how long it takes, is Apple's decision under Apple's policy. If it is approved, Apple returns the money to the payment method you used.

Lifetime access is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Buying lifetime access or deleting your Pocat account does not cancel an existing App Store subscription; cancel it separately. A refunded or revoked lifetime purchase may end its Premium entitlement, and batches saved or unlocked with that paid entitlement during its valid period may be re-locked under the Terms. Batches opened with a free unlock or a legacy app-managed trial are not locked by that refund, and the cards themselves are not deleted.

How to turn off automatic renewal

A subscription renews automatically at the end of every period until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date so the next period is not charged.

1. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
2. Select Pocat.
3. Tap Cancel Subscription.

After cancelling you keep access until the period you already paid for ends. Cancelling is not the same as a refund and does not refund anything by itself.

Free trial

Free trials are introductory subscription offers provided by the App Store. Eligibility and duration depend on your Apple account and the purchase confirmation screen. Unless cancelled, a subscription with a free trial automatically renews at the displayed price after the trial.

Your Cards after a trial or subscription ends

Cards you have already saved are not deleted when a trial or subscription ends. You can continue to open and study unlocked batches, and edit or delete their cards in the iPhone and iPad app. Locked Batches must be unlocked before use. The Terms of Service cover this.

If a refund ends the relevant subscription access, batches saved or unlocked by that subscription during the refunded payment period may be locked again. The batches and cards are not deleted. Batches opened with a free unlock or a legacy app-managed trial are not locked by that refund. Ordinary cancellation or expiry does not lock batches that the subscription unlocked.
